Are you on the Voters' List?
Make sure
your name and personal information is correctly shown on the Voters' List
for the November 10, 2003 Municipal Election.
Residents who are not
on the Voters' List can also have their names added to the list at the poll on
voting day. Prior to doing so though, they must fill out an "Application for
Revision to the Voters' List" which they can do either at the poll or at the
Clerks office any time between now and the close of polls on election day. We
will have ‘Revising officers' at the polls to certify their applications.
Residents may fill in the "Application for Revision to the Voters' List" form
at the poll and have it certified by the Revising Officer. They then take the
form to the Deputy Returning Officer who will add their names to the List of
Electors and give them a ballot in the usual way.

vos renseignements personnels sont bien indiqués sur la liste
électorale pour les élections partielles municipales du 10
novembre 2003. Vérifiez la liste électorale en vous
présentant à l'hôtel de ville pendant les heures normales
d'ouverture ou en applelant au 905-615-VOTE.
