Welcome to the official Web site for Mississauga's 2004 Canada Day Celebration.

Mississauga residents are sure to enjoy this fun, free and interactive family event taking place on Thursday, July 1st from noon to 5 p.m. There will be entertainment on two stages, interactive games, community displays, kids play area, critters display and show, sports car show, free cake and don't forget the official ceremony at 12:00 noon.

You won't want to miss performances by Canadian Idol Star Toya Alexis and Canada's next diva Taylor Jordan. Also new this year, the Raptors Jam Van and the Road Safety Show.

The event takes place in and around the Civic Centre, Central Library and Living Arts Centre.
