This year the 6th Annual MSDO Conference takes place in the historical Port Credit Village of Mississauga, Ontario at the Waterside Inn during Customer Service Week.

When is it?

The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday, October 3rd beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the conference sessions will begin Monday, October 4th at 8:30 a.m.
The conference will conclude with our gala dinner on Tuesday, October 5th.
A special full-day training offer from the ICCS is available as an option on October 6th.

How do I register?

Register online through this website, and then send your payment by cheque. We are not accepting credit card payments. After the online registration you will receive confirmation via email.

 

Cost for MSDO members for the entire conference, including all conference sessions and meals, is $375 (+ HST) for a total of $425 per person. For non-members, cost for the entire conference, including all conference sessions and meals, is $675 (+ HST) for a total of $765 per person.
